  1. To use these Copland style trash icons:
  2. 1) Open the icon file with ResEdit.
  3. 2) Open a COPY of the System file with ResEdit.
  4. 3) Open the corresponding icon resources in each file and replace the "Trash Full" and "Trash           
  5.             Empty" icons of the System file.
  6. 4) Save the System file.
  7. 5) Move the old System file out of the System Folder - You can always put it back to get the          
  8.             old icon.
  9. 6) Rename the copy "System".
  10. 7) Restart.
  11. 8) Enjoy!
